Opportunity Discovery
Every opportunity has a path into Civilnex through a tiered intake model.
Every opportunity has a path into Civilnex through a tiered intake model. Native integration with Autodesk BuildingConnected / Bid Board Pro pulls GC-issued invitations directly into your pipeline; any other platform that exposes an accessible API can be connected; and a universal file-upload path handles everything else — plan-room downloads, DOT-portal packages, or an ITB email dropped straight in.

Open Integration Architecture
Civilnex is designed to work with the tools your team already uses, not replace them — but it is deliberately built to run on its own. The core workflow requires no external system.
Autodesk BuildingConnected / Bid Board Pro, where GC-issued bid invitations already aggregate for our core customer — the single integration that carries the most weight for specialty geotechnical subcontractors.
Any bid-sourcing platform, CRM, takeoff tool, project-management system, or accounting/ERP that exposes an open API can be connected as customer demand warrants. Adding a source is configuration, not re-architecture.
Plan-room downloads, DOT-portal packages, takeoff exports, ITB emails, or documents from platforms that don't offer open access all enter through file upload — immediately ready for the workflow, with no re-keying.
Named connectors for data-guarded lead platforms (Dodge, ConstructConnect, PlanHub), business-development CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), takeoff tools, and construction accounting/ERP systems (Procore, Sage, QuickBooks, and similar) are added on a demand-gated roadmap. Until each one ships, its data is already covered by connect-your-own or file import.
